Return Policy

There a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after your package has been delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for return: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fslmontessorisupplies.ca. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly suggest you return the package with tracking number.

Once we receive your return package safely, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. Please note we only refund the amount for item minus the shipping cost. We cannot refund you for shipping the item to you or you shipping it back to us.

Sale items cannot be returned, these are finals sale.
