Shipping Policy

We are a Canadian Montessori store and at this time offer shipping only within Canada.

We offer free shipping for orders above $175 CAD 

At this time we can't offer free shipping to the Yukon Territory, The Northwest Territories or Nunavut.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping:

Canada - $12.00

*Additional Fees may apply if in Remote or Rural Areas

Our typical processing time is 48 hours, but during holidays or sale events our processing time may increase to 2-5 business days. We try our best to get your packages shipped as soon as possible.

Please check your junk/spam folder for your shipping notification, as our emails sometimes will end up there.

If you are local and would like to pick up your order in person, we offer porch pick up in Scarborough Southeast, Toronto. Simply choose pick up at checkout. Please include your phone number as we prefer to notify you via text with the details (Sometimes our emails end up in junk mail). Local Pick-Up

Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. It can be returned once the item arrives then pay for the item to be shipped back. If packaged is refused then the customer is liable for all the shipping fees and re-stocking fees may apply.

What if my item is damaged or I have received the wrong item?

Sometimes this happens! We packaged our item very carefully, but Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery received if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return on wrong or damaged item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can contact us at with a picture of damaged or wrong item. If your return is accepted, we will refund you or send you another one just like it.
